Choose What You Need Tonight

Pick one path and start with a 20-minute block

This is a short reset for your body, this can look like 10 minutes of stretching, a light walk around the block while listening to your favorite audiobook, taking a hot shower, or practicing mindfulness.


Block 1

Your Body (5-7 minutes)

The 3‑Block Evening Reset (20 Minutes)

This can be something small that is a short reset for your brain. Write three things you are grateful for that day, journal a 1 page brain dump from the day, etc. 

Block 2

Your Brain (8-10 minutes)

Do something quick to reset for the next day. This can be tidying up one surface, setting out clothes for tomorrow, or a quick meal prep for breakfast.

The Bridge (3-5 minutes)

Block 3

Three mini blocks. Stop when the timer dings.

If you only have 10 minutes, do Body (3 minutes) &  Brain (7 minutes).

Put the timer on; pick one room or area and tidy it edge to edge. 

Twenty‑Minute Tidy (20 min)

Take some time to read 8–10 pages of a fun book.

Micro Read (10 Min)

Take some time to delete/archive your email inbox to 0.

Inbox Zero‑ish (8 min)

Shoes on, walk down the block and back. Or sit on the front porch and just take some deep breaths.

Outside Breath (7 min)

Put on 1 song you loved pre‑kids; feel free to sing and dance along!

Solo Song (5 min)

Warm drink by a window; no phone. Just soak up the sunshine.
